About us

CHARISM

The Charism of MSST is Missionary evangelization according to the founder’s vision and the missionary spirit of St.Therese of Infant Jesus.

Our Charism is to proclaim the good news of the Lord particularly to those who have not heard it and to the poor according to the founder’s vision and the missionary spirit of St. Therese of Lisieux. In the spirit of our patroness we practice our Charism by a total commitment to please God in everything, to be love in the heart of the Church, to make use of even the smallest deeds and to do them with love for the salvation of souls.

SPIRITUALITY

The Congregation is very much indebted to its patroness, St. Therese of Infant Jesus whose spirituality, the sisters try to imitate The MSST is a part of the Carmelite Family (Prot. N 89/2007 IA). The congregation esteem special devotion to Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Joseph. The sisters follow the life style as more liturgical and oriental. We are missionaries in spirit and action and Carmelites in Prayer and contemplation. The goal of our Congregation is to embody the presence of Christ among the people, above all among the poor and the people who have no faith, in order to bring them to the Good news of salvation through our word and deed.
